Vítejte! Vy všichni, kdo jste přežili apokalypsu a spolu s námi vstoupili do roku 000, vítejte v novém věku! Již několik let sklonku tohoto tisíciletí se mysl nás několika upírá ke stále se stupňující degradaci kultury západního světa. Počáteční naše reakce vůči kultuře, kterou tato společnost začala z velké většiny vyznávat, byla značně podrážděná, nicméně postupně vyústila ve zjištění, že tomu tak být musí. Náš vrozený odpor ke stádnosti a televizní kultuře nás poté dovedl až k poznání, že nikoli v masovosti, ale v malém počtu se skrývá hodnota. Vždyť pokud je něčeho všude kolem přemíra, nikdo po tom netouží. Toužíme po věcech, kterých je málo.
Toto je prohlášení o faktickém ustanovení Aristokracie nových vyděděnců, tajného spolku, jehož cílem je distancovat se od převládajících negativních kulturních hodnot současné společnosti. Jsme vyděděnci společnosti, ale zároveň jsme její vrchní stav.
Stále ještě váháme, zda tuto entitu ponecháme navždy zcela jen v rovině duchovní, anebo jí dovolíme, ať se znatelným způsobem promítá i do roviny materiální - osud Aristokracie je zcela v rukou budoucích okolností.
S tímto prohlášením nás několik čekalo právě na začátek roku 000, který by měl, alespoň podle naší naděje a očekávání, splnit úlohu “psychologického spouštěče” v mysli těch ostatních několika, kteří smýšlí obdobně. Spojte se s námi v duchovní rovině! Rok 000 je “spouštěč” a toto prohlášení se pokouší uvést ho do chodu.

Welcome! All of you, who have survived the apocalypse and together with us entered the year 000, welcome to the new age!
Several years towards the end of this century the minds of our scanty group have been focusing on the increasing degradation of the western world’s culture. Our initial response to the culture this society had started to profess was quite irritated, nevertheless it has gradually lead into the discovery that it is a must. Our innate aversion to the herd-instinct and television culture has afterwards lead us as far as to the understanding that not a mass character, but a small number contains a hidden value. Indeed, if there is abundance of something everywhere around, nobody longs for it. We long for things that are rare.
This is the declaration of the actual establishment of the Aristocracy of the New Outlaws, the secret association, whose aim is to keep aloof from prevailing negative cultural values of the current society. We are the outlaws of the society, but at the same time we are its Higher estate.
We still hesitate whether to let this entity live only at a spiritual level forever or whether to allow it to be projected on the material level noticeably, too - the fate of the Aristocracy depends entirely on the future circumstances.
Our scanty group delayed this declaration until the very beginning of the year 000, which should serve, at least according to our hopes and expectations, as ”a psychological trigger” in the minds of those scanty individuals, whose thinking is similar to ours. Contact us at the spiritual level! The year 000 is ”the trigger” and this declaration tries to activate it.
